Look for an email from Native Clothing Company with subject "Your order has shipped"

The email contains a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time

Monitor Delivery

See when your package will arrive and get live updates as it travels to you

Check These First:

  • โœ‰๏ธ Spam/Junk folder - Tracking emails sometimes go here
  • ๐Ÿ“… Order date - Tracking sent 5-7 days after order (production time)
  • ๐Ÿ“ง Correct email - Make sure you used the right email at checkout

If you still can't find it after checking these, email us:

Your order is being made to order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Day 7: Shipped

Your order ships and you receive tracking via email.

Days 8-12: In Transit

US: 3-5 business days
International: 7-14 business days

๐Ÿšจ Tracking Issues

My tracking hasn't updated in days

This is normal! Tracking often doesn't update until the package reaches major checkpoints. Don't worry unless it's been 7+ days with no movement.

My package says "delivered" but I don't have it

Check with:

  • Neighbors
  • Building front desk/mailroom
  • Other household members
  • Around your property (safe drop-off spots)

If you still can't find it after 24 hours, contact us at support@nativeclothingcompany.com

My tracking shows an exception or problem

Email us immediately at support@nativeclothingcompany.com with your tracking number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

๐ŸŒ International Orders

International tracking can take longer to update and may pass through customs, which can add 3-7 days.

Customs fees: You may be charged import duties or taxes. These are not included in shipping and are the customer's responsibility.
