Production Timeline

Standard Processing: 2-7 business days

Each item is custom-made just for you. Our production partners receive your order and begin creating your apparel using premium materials and printing techniques.

Important: Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Your item is created first, then shipped to you.

What Happens After You Order:

Day 1: Order received and sent to production facility

Days 2-5: Your item is printed and quality checked

Days 6-7: Packaging and preparation for shipment

Day 8+: In transit to your address

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production

Total Time: Typically 5-14 business days from order date

Tracking: Provided via email once shipped

International Shipping

Canada: 7-14 business days after production

Europe: 10-21 business days after production

Australia/New Zealand: 10-21 business days after production

Asia: 10-21 business days after production

Rest of World: 10-28 business days after production

🏠 Delivery & Address Information

Ensure Successful Delivery

Double-check your shipping address! We cannot change the address once production begins.

We can ship to:

  • βœ“ Residential addresses
  • βœ“ PO Boxes (within the US)
  • βœ“ Business addresses
  • βœ“ APO/FPO military addresses

What if I'm not home?

Most carriers will leave packages at your door unless a signature is required. If you're concerned about package theft, consider shipping to your workplace or a trusted neighbor.

⚠️ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Native Clothing Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Installing a security camera or doorbell camera
  • Requiring signature on delivery (contact carrier)
  • Using a package locker service if available in your area
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if package is lost
