Items We Accept for Return:

- β Items with manufacturing defects (rips, holes, stitching issues)

- β Items that don't fit (size exchange or refund)
- β Items you simply changed your mind about
Important Conditions:
- Must be unworn and unwashed
- Must have all original tags attached (if applicable)
- Must be in original packaging when possible
- Must smell fresh (no smoke, perfume, or other odors)
β οΈ Items We CANNOT Accept:
- β Items that have been worn or washed
- β Items with damage caused by customer (stains, tears, etc.)
- β Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- β Items without proof of purchase
- β Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
π¦ How to Return an Item
Contact Us First
Email us at support@nativeclothingcompany.com with your order number and reason for return.
Include photos if there's a defect or printing issue.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request (usually within 24 hours) and send you return instructions and a return authorization number.
Do NOT ship items back without authorization! Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Pack Your Item
Carefully pack your item in its original packaging (if possible). Include your return authorization number and order number inside the package.
Use a shipping method with tracking for your protection.
Ship It Back
Ship to the return address provided in your authorization email. Keep your tracking number!

Get Your Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to us), we'll process your refund or send your replacement.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Need a Different Size?
We make exchanges as easy as possible! Here's how it works:
Option 1: Send Back & Reorder (Fastest)
- Return your item following the standard return process above
- Immediately place a new order for the correct size
- Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original purchase
- This ensures you get your new size as quickly as possible!
Option 2: Wait for Exchange (Slower)
- Contact us requesting a size exchange
- Return your item to us
- Once received, we'll produce and ship your new size
- Total time: 2-3 weeks (includes return shipping + new production)
Our Recommendation: Option 1 is faster because we make everything to order. You'll have your correct size in your hands much sooner!
Exchange for Different Item/Design?
Want to exchange for a completely different product? No problem:
- Return your original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
- If there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge the difference

How Refunds Work
Refund Amount:
- Product price: Full refund
- Original shipping: Refunded ONLY if item is defective or we made an error
- Return shipping: You pay unless item is defective
Refund Timeline:
- We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
- Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Refund Method:
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days

Printing Issues:
- Design is crooked or off-center
- Colors are wrong or faded
- Print is cracked, peeling, or damaged
- Design is missing elements
Manufacturing Defects:
- Holes, rips, or tears in fabric
- Loose or broken stitching
- Wrong size tag or mislabeled
- Fabric defects or discoloration
What We'll Do:
- β Send a replacement item at no cost to you
- β Cover ALL shipping costs (return + replacement)
- β Rush production on your replacement
- β OR provide a full refund if you prefer
Please take photos! When contacting us about defects, please include clear photos showing the issue. This helps us resolve your issue faster and improve our quality control.
π International Returns
Important Information for International Customers
Return Shipping Costs: International return shipping can be expensive. For non-defective returns (size issues, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Customs & Import Fees: You may have paid customs or import fees when receiving your order. These fees are NOT refundable and were paid to your government, not to us.
Our Recommendation: For international size exchanges, consider placing a new order first, then returning the incorrect size once you confirm the new one fits. This saves time and potential customs hassles.
Defective Items: We cover return shipping worldwide for defective or incorrect items. Contact us and we'll arrange everything.
